We offer a true design/build service.  What does that mean?  We can take your ideas and specific needs and custom design a house plan that fits you and your budget.  We have completed over 70 homes in HSV since 1990 and most of our homes were designed by us under the customers' direction.  We can even show you full color images of your home in 3-D and take a virtual tour before you build it!  Give us the measurements of your furniture and we can design a room around it and show you how it looks!  No need to rush through the process, we can make revisions, allow you to look it over, and make sure the final drawings are the home of your dreams.

Turn Key or Flat Fee.  We can build your home in one of two ways:  For a true "turn key" price.  This means everything is included in the price from design concept to the final inspection--no hidden fees, extras or overuns.  OR you can can ask about the "Flat Fee" method.  A flat fee is agreed upon for contracting/design services in addition to the "actual costs" of construction.  This puts you in the drivers seat throughout the process because you decide each step of the way how much you want spend on construction while following a realistic estimate we provide you with before you start.
